I have been invitet to go to a very Remote Place were there have been found gold before.. now my question...

If i find gold is it legal to take it .. i am not a member of a club and have no Claims.. what do i do .. and how.

Sience there is no claim and it is on Private propety and my Brother In Law owns that land .. i cant give you the place.. but i can get him ti Claim if there is gold and i can arrange for a trip for all hehe.

The Bureau of Land Management handles gold claim. Do a search for the BLM and you can find loads of information about mining claims.

I have even had people to ask me to "Guarantee that there is some treasure there! "

Why in the world would I need their help if I knew for certain that there's treasure!

I reckon some folks just don't want to work for the treasure captbill...lol...I had a guy once who asked me to save him aluminum cans, when I got 3 large bags together for him I waited for 3 weeks and he still didn't pick them up. when I finally got a hold of him he wanted me to take them to the scrap yard and just drop off the money...LMAO...I couldn't believe it...so I reckon some folks just want you to drop off there split after you find it...hehehe. Good luck with your trip...
