Sinjavinsky heights 2010
Every year with arrival of spring of hundred search groups direct on the former fields of battles of the Great Patriotic War.
Here and this year, year of 65th anniversary of the Great Victory, group Arkhangelsk has left on excavation on Sankt-Piterburg.
Here at Sinjavinsky heights there was violent fighting on clearing of Leningrad. Every year here find hundreds soldiers of missing persons. And only three persons from hundred it is possible to identify on personal things and mortal medallions.
Unfortunately I didn't manage to go because of work with group.
I want to show you its photos.

Here the memorable stone is put. On it it is written:
The former strong point - a grove "Round"
Arena of bloody solving fights of 9/10/1941 - 10/2/1943 on defense of Leningrad from east direction. The Soviet wars have won.


Here in 2005 remains of 16 Red Army men have been found. Three managed to be identified. In their honor on this place memorable tablets are established.

In this trip the group had been found 44 soldiers of the Soviet army. From them nine have been identified.






At soldiers except a rifle and grenades practically anything else isn't present.





All found fighters with honors have been buried on a military cemetery on May, 9th 2010. In 67 years after were lost.
