If that was the case you can pretty much look at most stocks right now and make a negative conclusion. Stocks react to news, if you had a program to analyze news and human emotion or reaction. Youd be Warren Buffett. When 9/11 happened I had an order in for a stock snm/ later bought by IBM that was at 1.58. I immediately cancelled it because I knew there would be a reaction. The planes crashing didnt have any impact on the economy but the reaction did. When the markets finally open the stock was bought at .58 cents . The stock markets crashed around the world. Humans are funny in their optimistic and pessimistic views. The mower court magistrates recommendation brought the stock down from 3 plus to 1.50. It was a reaction and people tend to forget and look optimistically to the future. so im betting 25k shares on that.
