I'll second that with the guinies, You can hear them half mile away. I had a neighbor who had them in South Carolina. His house was on the other side of the woods. They woke me up many times before I got around to driving over and finding out what the noise was.

Pretty interesting topic
My wife and I are going to.be moving to Arizona in about 2 months
Which is where I was born and raised

We have 40 acres there which is completely off the grid once there I will be building us a cabin and setting up a solar system for power it already has a well and two septics in place its in a vary remote area af northern Arizona and I am looking forward to it

always look for snakes everywhere, and bats and spiders in mines and caves. Be careful when you are shooting a gun where there are rocks around.

i will add to that for people getting in the water, even shallow water.
