It was great weather for hunting today so I made my way down to the river to try out my Excal 1000 some.. While working where an old gambling pier was I recovered 8 silver dimes "most being mercs.", 2 buffalo nickels, some wheat pennies and a couple of sinkers....The tide was rolling in so I couldn't stay very long, my hunting buddy and myself left there and went to the old carnival grounds we hunt a lot. While there I recovered 2 mercs 1929s, 1917 and a rosie dime. I also found a war nickel, some regular jefferson nickels, wheat pennies, 2 clad dimes and a clad quarter... The coins that came out of the salt water are badly corroded....It was fun.......winding up for the next run Detecting   ..............

John in Va...     PS.....found shark's tooth in my floating sieve!!
