Well I made it out to the carnival grounds today and found the following coins.

28 wheat pennies
18 memorial pennies
7 clad quarters
11 clad dimes
1 silver quarter
7 silver dimes.....Mercs and Rosies

These were found using the Minelab SE Pro w 7.5" coil

Thanks everyone for your replies. Many of the coins my partner and I found were accompanied by large rusty nails in the same hole. The Iron Mask feature works on this particular ML detector. We've done quite well in the "hunted out site". Our basic method was to use the small coils in the heavy trashy areas and work slow. Oh, my partner found nearly as many coins as I did "silver too". Go out and have some fun!
