Well today was a rough time, the area is so hot and the marsh is so thick We had to cut our way through. We are going to have to wait till fall to get through any further although I am sure we are right near the station. The trunk strap in today's find puts us very close to the station.We ran into the biggest oak tree i have ever seen here and I am most definitely going to have to leave that one alone.I'm taking my machete back in on Monday to try and clear an area so we can dig the site. Hope you all had a great hunt

Should find some decent finds around and against the oak-tree.   Be a good place for someone to take a break or eat their lunch while working/waiting at the station.

Good idea BA, i will check that out Monday,tomorrow we are going into the state park where they say there was one on the hotels and an amusement park. I don't think they will let us dig but going to find out in the morning.

No I cant seem to land on it we think we should be right on the train depot, but we are not pulling anything to prove it yet. Just some spikes hand tools and a knife.
