I found my second ring today. Just a little 925 silver ring but anything is better than another penny. I also found a glass pipe that smelled of weed. I walked about seven miles on the beach today and stupidly didn't drink any water or eat anything. When I finally made it  back to my car, it didn't start. I called a friend and he came over and gave me a jump. I gave him the pipe and I gave my wife the ring. I think I need to get my wet suit on and go deeper in the water.

Good job on the ring and the pipe (i'm sure it was being used for medicinal purposes). I wish i wasn't so far from the beach!
  I get so immersed when detecting, I forget to drink water. I have to make myself stop and drink or eat. It's always worth the time to have a food/water break though. I feel so much more refreshed and motivated when I start digging again. Keep the finds coming! Scott

From the land of the Bluenose.....nice ring and swishing (water digs) is the place to go for the gold and silver.  Hit a few spots here but only to waist high...water still cold andthe chest wadders did the trick.  Turn your lights off sir....lol!
