TESORO, GARRETT, BOUNTY HUNTER

Took my eleven y.o. daughter detectin' last night and 2nite and she did pretty good, i let her use my compadre and i used my garrett, her first hit was a clad quarter. The ground is hard so i did all her digging, the first pic i found the pennies and three dimes but the square tube she made me dig at over two feet!! 2nite we went to a park (that i haven't had a whole lot of luck at) with just the garrett (2nd pic) $.25 clad and lots of trash, my little treasure hunter fed me my own words everytime it beeped and i said "canslaw or pull tab" and wasn't real thrilled about digging the hard ground "dad if it beeps dig it!!" (3rd pic) my daughter 1/2 of a twin set (her brother was with mom) and her finds.

I'm new to the game. I took my 14 year old son to our city park on 7-20-10. It was the first time either of us had gone treasure hunting. We had a great time but I need to get some better digging tools,gloves and knee pads. I wasn't prepared for the blisters and sore knees:(
