Well, yet another early beach hunt payoff today. Today I went back to the beach to see what I could find and among the Japanese clad (pretty good face value) out came these two beauties. The ring has a small black stone mounted and a mark bearing "S925". That should mean that its sterling silver 92.5% silver, but what throws me off is the rosy color of the metal. Maybe one of you more experienced guys could help me out? Undecided. Later came the much welcomed sound of Silver again but this time I was a bit shocked to find a Silver U.S. quarter that had been looped and turned into a pendant. To my knowledge these were never circulated here in Japan, maybe some one brought it recently. Any who hope ya enjoy. Get out there and hunt till your arm falls off!! Detecting

Nice finds, Invictus!  Don't be surprised at US products being found on Okinawa.  Okinawa was a US protectorate from the end of WWII intil the early of mid-70's.  The US gave control back to Japan then after huge riots by the Japanese citizens of Okinawa.  Bound to be a lot of older US item and coins found there!
