Decided I'd try a park a little ways down the road. Only thing I found out was I probably won't go there again. Picking up a bunch of trash after the weekend. And minding my own business. Guy came up and was mumbling something. First I thought he was asking "what cha doing". But it was "what cha want" And started acting like he had a chaw of tobacco in his mouth. A few seconds later out comes some little tin foil package he had in his mouth. Needless to say I left pretty fast. Went ahead and called the police after I left. If I do go back I'm going to look over the lay of the land better.
