Very nice finds! Always gets me goin' when the object turns out to be different than a coin.... Smiley brushing the dirt off, getting a good look at what just came out of the ground!

Nice job!  Digging toys like that can be a public service too.  I pulled a toy tractor out of a sand volleyball court this summer.  Wouldn't have been pleasant to come down from a spike to land on that bare-footed!

I did a vacant lot a while back. The owner showed up. Turned out to also be a nice person.
We talked a little mostly about the changes in the area. He wished me luck with a smile and drove away. Lmao, I think he knew the lot was mostly pull tabs.

Most of the vacant lots I have MD'ed on had the same kind of treasures that has been mentioned. On occasion, with lots where houses had been torn down..and foundations or porches still standing, I have faired much better. I have found more silver coins around the porch areas than anywhere I have searched.
Also, older metal cars and planes and sometimes small pocketknifes. I usually check with near neighbors to see if they have objections, and so far only a couple have refused permission.

I find those How Wheels but I rarely keep them since they are in pretty cruddy shape. The wheel are messed up or the paint is chipped.
I sometimes find those 70's ones but as usual they are not keepers.
I have a complete 1999 series somewhere. I don't know why I bought that year, but I guess it's because it was the last of the 1900's before the 21st century.
 Keep on digging them up.
 HH Arturo
