Go Up Go Down

Greetings All,
I spent an enjoyable Saturday morning with Hector in a couple of Seattle parks next to Lake Washington.
Me with my Minelab and Hector with his Tesoro, we enjoyed the guessing game on the finds and learned
more about our detectors at the same time.  I hit a nice coin spill of 8 quarters and 2 dimes and later a 1944
Wheatie.  No silver for me Saturday, but I did try some new areas later in the week and picked up my first
Silver ring .925, I had to break out the jeweler's loupe to see the marking, but there it was.
I visited another school football field and found another ring, with some nice sparklies, but the internal
mark is so worn, that I will need to get a chemical test kit to determine the material.
And just last night, I snuck out to a local school football field for a quick fix, and found an interesting
necklace charm, but not the chain.  It was so wrapped up in the roots of the grass and clover, that it
took a while to clean up the major muck, and I ended up using a sonic jewelry cleaner.
Enjoy the pics, HH Robroy59

Nice finds, Robroy!  I'm jealous, especially since I broke my heel and still haven't been able to get out since the weather go warmer.  But I'm healing, slowly, but I'm healing.
Anyway, not about me.  I love finding nice spill like you did.  It's great, isn't it?!  Nice rings, etc. too!

Thanks Arfie, I keep trying, sooner or later I'll find some gold too   Shocked

Thank you DW, my SO tells me the pendant is likely white gold, but without a test for validation, it's just another pretty.
