The wife and I were out all day and this is what we brought back. No silver again. Undecided
We didn't bring back the dead alligator.

maybe you should trade monikers with Foiled Again  Smiley    Heck, the gator skin would have made for a nice pair of boots.

Bitburg, I don't know which one is foiled again? The gator was a little "ripe" if you know what I mean so I left him right where he lay. Or should I say floated.

Geordie, You are right. That is what I was doing. We were walking along this creek going to an old house place I found last week and I was looking out for snakes and gators and when I stepped over a dead tree. Bam! there was this gator. It didn't regester that it was upside down. I nearly knocked Mrs Gambol over backing up. I changed my mind about the house place and we went to a park instead.
