It is interesting to note that I have been detecting in a park suposedly dry, but I happened to work a small section of it by the entrance and found $6.68 in change and basically not much junk in comparison to other sides. Yet, despite been an old park, no silver or wheaties have been found so far.

I have a park in town that was the fair grounds in the 1870's but it has been hunted hard. At times it produces clad and a few wheats. I know a part of the problem is that they soded some of the park 17 years ago.
