The objects appear to be lithics from the stone age. The white covering is called CORTICATION, which can also be brownish, and evolves over many many years. When a piece of flint has been "knapped", as in the image 042, the basic colouring is exposed, but if left for a long time this will begin to take on pale whitish covering showing recortification of the artefact. I would say the pieces in image 042 are Flakes and with some debitage, especially in the second image.
