i heared before (maybe 7 years ago)that some people did conduct some YT training somewhere in Tarlac, with fee of course. but sorry i have no contact numbers for them. i only remember the name "francis" as one of the student who finished that training and they said he is now applying what he learned. but until now i don't hear any news that he had positive results for using what he learned in the training.
