tagacalumpit,

for good code breaking, much better if you could take a picture and post it here. its hard to interpret its meaning , much harder if we could not visualized it...seems the marker you discribe is complicated. could be a travel sign or a diagram...

I am currently very far from the the site, as I said the site is in one of the islands belonging to Romblon province group. But I will take the marking's picture as soon as I get back there and will post it here. The tale says that before Musashi (they say that the ship was so huge, so it must be the Musashi) sunk during the battle of Sibuyan Sea, there were about  50 japanese soldiers aboard 3 PT boats that landed on the island with about 36 crates or so which they buried on the location which we will explore. The site is just about 500 meters from the shoreline. According also to the tale, the soldiers were in too much haste that they stayed on the site just for a few hours, therefore I don't think that they were not able to set up a bobby trap and I think also that the burial site is just a few feet deep. I hope my deduction is correct. And sorry, I mistook GB for an initial. GB too!
