I can't just dig without attracting attention

You're right.  Get someone else to dig.  They won't attract any attention.  Just you if you do it.  Dress them like plumbers.

Hey this is fun!

Istoryahee (sp) dong.

Lemme try to translate: "Istoryahe" (one 'e') is Visayan slang; a wry comment along the lines of "yeah sure right...tell me another one", or "go on...pull the other leg". This usually exclaimed when someone tells a joke or something deemed to be unbelievable.

"Dong" is not a reference to the male genitalia or the unit of currency in Vietnam. It is an expression which may be likened to the English "yeah" or "y'know" or the Canadian "eh" exclamations. It is also common for Indonesians to use this word at the end of a sentence during casual talk.

My Visayan is rather rudimentary...hope I got that right.

Security is an issue, equipment & manpower.  I can't afford that I am only a low income employee.  I don't have that funds to excavate.  The property is an open lot and neighbors pass thru the adjacent lot regularly. I can't just dig without attracting attention. Yes anomaly it was red and it does not change when viewed graphically and no matter what interpolation and cancellation of all non precious metals in the software the anomaly never changes.

you have the advantage as low income employee. you can go to lending institution to have your salary loan, for example a 5year to pay loan then sell all what you owned plus your parents property and hard earned money plus help from your brothers and sisters plus from your friends money. it's enough it can even buy the lot or it can rent equipments and hire security personnel and diggers.

Two solutions for my friend overseas.

One, there is people who have the money, and the equipment, not on here. If your trolling for bucks hoping someone from your island will help, good luck. Im not familure with the laws of treasure over there, but no one will buy into it here. Again, good luck.

Now here is what I would do. Buy me a tent, cut the floor out of it. Put it over the dig site. Get me a couple of old socks and do the hogans hereos on it. Tell em the wife kicked you out and your there till she gets over it. Be sure to fill your hole back in when your done and remove all trash. If you know the owner of the treasure you need to return it to that person.

Now should you get any treasure, you need to immediately send me some for a finders fee. Problem solved.  Idiot

I lived here a long time. In Visaya or Waray "Dong" refers to male.  Female is referred to as "Dai"  So, If your in middle Philippines and you say hi to a young adult female, "Hello dai" (hello miss) and she will usually reply hello dong.

the short cut. you cannot call or say "DONG" or "DAI" to the person who is older than you. (dong is-shortcut of "dodong" day-is shorcut to "inday" or "indai". all were refers to younger person. NONG-is snortcut for "MANONG". older male person. NANG-shortcut of "MANANG" older female person. LA-shortcut of "LOLA" a grandmother. LO-shortcut of "LOLO" a grandfather.
