Sounds like fun Johnnn we're looking forward to seeing those pictures.  I'm hoping to go to an old spot myself this weekend and will try to pop up my first silver coin - maybe an old bus or trolley token would be nice too!

Hi Zul.
You guys in the States have soooo much interesting metalic parifinalia that is collectable its neat to see some of the things that are found there and here in Canada too, this close to the border brings forth such stuff.
Its funny but when I am visting England I get that warm fuzzy feeling and when I drive onto this farm I get down right excited....I am posting some pics from my last visit this farm has an interesting story attached to it. Because of its proximity to London and directly on the flight path for German bombers in WW2 the army made up a bunch of "inflatable Spitfires" and parked them on open ground , The Germans spotted them and straffed and bombed them leaving a number of craters, they are still there ....HH.......Johnnn

Got to love the allied use of inflatable decoys during WWII (of course the Desert Fox had a few tricks up his sleeve, too.  Good thing the rest of the German command structure wasn't as imaginitive at deception as the guys on our side)
