             Hello all,

          My name is Ned, and I will be living in Cebu,Philippines in 2 weeks.  One thing I plan to do is start a Metal Detecting / Treasure Hunting Club.   Right now, I'm just trying to get an idea if their is others in the area who would like to be active members in such a club.

          How about some club name ideas also, please.   

           One that I thought of is;   " Central Visaya Detectorist Club "

          Would love to hear from others, so lets get busy.

You might want to contact some of the clubs here, abd get a copy of their bi laws and rules may help in starting your club.

         Thanks Seldom, I was thinking just that the other day. I'm sure I'll take that route, and any other help I can get.  Should be fun and keep me busy also....only 2 weeks to go.  We are very excited for the big move...

I do have some contact in Cebu who are into treasure hunting and or digging. But that would take some time for me to have their information since I am in Davao, Philippines right now. If you want, I have an area here in Mindanao which we can scan to test if the idea of our folks are true. Your trip would be rewarding here in the Philippines if we can really detect some.
