hello everybody, does anybody here know the whereabout of norimitsu shiina aka 'ricky'? he is a japanese guy i met in 1995-1996, a grandchild of one imperial japanese army officer, and told me i am an amateur th, he co-work with duterte jap guy and his bro in cdo, and from him i learn that there are indeed treasures in the philippines, 1.spanish origin, 2.american origin and finally the 3.japanese origin. he mention something about the pre-war 'black box'.
