the beach we go to has been re nourished with sand about 2 miles off shore , people say it wont be good detecting until later in the yr, i say that its a good time as the ships had to come down that route and who knows maybe an old ship sank and now the gold or silver is their , so what would be the answer?im going any whys, i need the exercise.

the only advantage would be no trash to start the summer season.

Otherwise, you'll have to wait the first storms to know if something old was hiding there.
