Go Up Go Down

Here are a few recent finds. I find change from all over the world here, but I have never seen such a small coin. It is a 1 cent piece from the Netherlands. It is 1/2 the size of a American dime.
Enjoy,
Chris

OH, I see. So it didn't travel as far as I thought. That's ok, I learned something. That alone has got to be worth a dollar. Now I know about the greater and lesser Antilles. My next plot is to get Cornelius to fill me in on where the loot is hiding. I am Grand Cayman Islands, but I am not thinking there is a great amount of hidden treasure here. My next door neighbor and a man named Herbert Humphries, were treasure hunting this island when I was just a kid. I have no idea what they found, but I am sure they found stuff. Some silver coins washed up after hurricane Ivan, and have heard of a few glass jars being found full of old silver coins. I just find the jewelery that the tourist lose here.

There should be a lot of goodies on and around Grand Cayman  . I can point you in some directions but you have to get your feet wet . Are you a diver ?  Let me know .   Cornelius

Go Up Go Down

I have paid to get certified, almost a entire year now. I am making arrangements to do the course in the next week or so. So yes, after the first of the year I will be in the water. I also have a older excal I just bought and had it shipped to my mom's house in Fl. I will be picking that up at Christmas when I go home. I have dove before, just wasn't certified. But I have access to boats and my friends are Dive Masters here on island. I did not realize you are from the Netherlands. I was wondering, do the Netherlands Antilles fly the same flag? I don't have to ask, but you have done research all over it appears. I have read many of your posts. I am very interested in any info you could help with with. I would love to joint venture with you, I don't mind doing the hard work considering you have done all the research, which is the hardest or at least most difficult. On another note. I was telling my girl about your post a while back, and ask her if she knew who "Yukon Cornelius" was, she had no idea. She is old enough to know, that's all I'll say about that, and it doesn't have anything to do with her being Caymanian because she knows who Rudolph and Frosty are. I am younger than she is, but I guess I just remember Yukon because he was my favorite.

Chris
