it's my understanding that every state is different. some states you can hunt public land and some you can't, same goes for city parks etc. It's up to the local officials. Best bet would probably be to get out the phone book and start making some calls. Worse thing that can happen is they'll tell you no, oh well. Unless of course someone on this forum is from your area and can answer your questions. But of course you probably know all this already. perhaps not though
