I am looking for some links to good sights for buying, selling, or trading detectors and accessories. No offense but the one at this site isn't that great, yet Wink...

For selling, you get the most from eBay. For buying, the best prices are on Craigslist. You have to hurry on Craigslist because the best prices are often accidentally low by people who have no idea what a detector is worth. I bought a $4,000 Minelab for $60.00 once. I tried to pay more but the seller just wanted shut of his grandad's old detector. Turned out it just LOOKED old from use but was really a recent model.

It's all about that moment when metal that hasn't seen the light of day for generations frees itself from the soil and presents itself to me.

Hi Gold digger. Finding that Minelab for $60.00 is just as good as finding treasure in the ground. Nice find.
