I saw a youtube video Backscatter Van.
The whole idea about x-ray vision (remote viewing, etc) is not as far-fetched as some would have you believe. Although rare, some people do have x-ray type vision, but mostly it only happens when they really need to use it. I could go into a huge discussion on how the human brain manipulates the data it receives from the senses. Fact is, everything you see is a swirling mass of atomic particles with a huge amount of space inbeteen. If the center of an atom was the size of a grain of rice and the electron the size of a grain of sand, the electron would orbit about thirty feet out from the center. In other words, the whole volume of a medium sized house or a hot air balloon--a sixty foot sphere just with a grain of sand orbiting. Yet the brain wants you to believe everything is solid.
