I'll say it over and over. I truly WISH I could build such a machine. But only a very few people on this planet would ever know about it and I'd never sell it. I'd give it to my best mates and we'd all get rich together.

Then, see you on Tahiti, mate! Bring on the hula girls.

It's all about that moment when metal that hasn't seen the light of day for generations frees itself from the soil and presents itself to me.

Do you have Dell alarms going off every time he comes by here?

Nah, Dell sets off my funny bone. Kinda like the Miss Cleo ads, Dell's posts should have a disclaimer: "For entertainment purposes only."

GD, we would all have been poorer for our Treasure Hunting experience if inventors and manufacturers of Metal Detectors had  adopted your logic and kept it all to themselves.  I am happy they are willing to share their knowledge and experience with others.

Where's your gratitude? Dell

Ridge Runner, I can only be honest on commenting on products that I have personally field tested and used. You are deferring to products & uses beyond my personal experience to make a mute point.

Metal detectors are used to detect land mines, and this has resulted in casualties. It is the government that field tests products for their military and makes the decision what their soldiers, or law enforcement purchase. They are their own entity responsible for their own decisions. If there are casualties as a result of their own decisions that is where the blame lies. Not with me, or the products I build.

This is fact; Pentagon Scientist,  conducted DB tests on an LRL to detect explosives at McDill AFB, here in Florida. It was only 82% effective.  Not good enough for US Military standards.  Dell

GD, there you go again with your Electronic Engineer ego trip again. The majority of LRL's on the market are built & sold by Electronic Engineers, and Electronic techs. My expertise is in the field use. I know very little about electronics so I have had to hire EE's to build circuits for my units for me. Of course, you would know how expensive EE knowledge & labor
is.

As I stated before, I make two claims about the LRL's I use based on thousands of field tests & experiments I've conducted on MFD & HID over the past 32 years.  If you disagree with me that Chemical elements can be discriminated by frequency, or that Magnetic fields, can be detected with hand held Copper, or Brass L-Rod(s) then so be it. You leave no room for me to share my field knowledge of the subject or further discussion.   Sad   Dell

Yes Dell thats what I wrote here

As for your products I would Like to point out to everyone else here are not related to my comments regarding bogus bomb detectors,

Dell as for you sharing your knowledge on such things, that would be a good thing but so far your 32 years have given us nothing in the respect of proof or if you like evidence to surgest other wise, If you did this then the whole world would be singing your praise's

But one thing you are wrong about is it's not the governments fault for buying such things its the people who Con the government with sales pitch, its dishonest and extremely dangerous to say the leased, as with most people they tend to believe the sales reps advice only to come up short,

I think you need to show people these things working with a nuteral  person with a camera and maybe you might get some help from our well versed people Who Knows what
either way its a Wn Win situation for you,

AU
