A friend has stumbled across a spot which has a considerable amount of old beer bottles, about 2 feet down. According to him, the bottles are not very old, maybe dating back to the 1970's. I have no interest in pursuing this spot as I'm not a bottle collector. From his description, quite a few bottles had been broken from digging, but many others appear to be intact and unscathed. If anyone in Sabah wishes to excavate this site, PM me with your email address and I'll put you in touch with my friend.
