Found this "Pocket Dime Bank" at the Lamar site.
Ideally you are supposed to fill it before you can open it.
BUT it had been pried open and the bottom replaced before they disposed of it.
The Pat. # dates to before 1900. #97919
The B&R MFG Co: New York

Other side graduating 1.00 to 5.00$ markings.
