found recently while walking my dog , brown bottle 145 mm high x 80 mm at widest point , pulverettes , palatinoids , cocoids , OS & CO , LONDON

Howdy Thorin.   That's quite a bottle there.  I was trying to find out what I could about it on line.  So far, not much.  However, from the words embossed on it, it sounds like it would have contained pills or powdered "medicine" rather than liquids.    I found several urls of bottle collecting groups in the UK that might help you identify it, if you want to go that route.
