Is this from the 60s? Someone did a very good job on the wooden lid of this fancy looking aqua container and looks like psychedelic art from the 60s.

There called "square bail jars" they have been since the 40's and still are imported from Italy. They are wholesaled to crafts stores and small business that use them for anything from candles to herb tea. Some have wood tops others cork.
