I bought a Discovery 2200 md and just wanted to know if anyone uses this model and how good it is.
I tried to Google some user reviews but not much out there and finally found this forum and decided to register and find out more about this metal detecting hobby.Seems like a fun thing to do in my spare time and my daughter wants to do it as well and she is only eight Smiley

I downloaded the manual and read it so I think I am ready to hit the beach or where ever I decide to go.I was just wondering if anyone else used this particular md and the results they got.
And sorry for posting first instead of doing a intro first but I will do that next.

I have been using this MD since Christmas. My 2nd time out I found a silver bracelet at about 6 inches or so on a beach. It is my first MD and I love it.
