Hi, my husband and I got back a little while ago from MDing at one of our Middle Schools yards. Found the usual aluminum foil, (my foil ball is getting bigger).  We are new to this and would love to go out with someone more experienced.  I am loving watching all the youtube video's and feel the excitement for each one as they find their treasures.

Thank you!

Sharen

OK. You and hubby meet me at City Beach at 7:00am Monday morning. Chudster and I are going on a morning foray with his daughter. We'll make it a big party. City Beach is about 20 miles south of Perth. We'll bring the coffee.

It's all about that moment when metal that hasn't seen the light of day for generations frees itself from the soil and presents itself to me.

That sounds good, but we both work. I work at Lowe's and our hours are not of the norm.  My husband works Mon - Fri, My next days off are this Wed & Thurs. Then another 8 day stretch.  Maybe we can plan something later in about 2 weeks. I should be getting my sch tomorrow.  Thank you for responding.

Well, then, your and your husband have a nice flight to Perth in Western Australia. In two weeks time we'll be into the warmer weather with lots of sunshine. Bring the kids. We'll supply the dog and the beaches. We have plenty of beaches. Australia is surrounded by them.

Whoa.... Would love to see the country... But may have to save up on that trip.  Again thankyou for the invite.  I've enjoyed the MD videos from there.  You take care, need to get ready for work.  Tim and I are going to check out an old boat ramp about 20 miles from home in a week.  Will let you know about our finds.  Alos, my Alum ball is getting bigger.  Didn't know there was so much in the yard!  I will post a picture of it when it gets about baseball size. (at this rate, shouldn't be to long)

Take care,

SharenH
