Go Up Go Down

Hi, looking for someone from the Middle Tn. area to possibly hunt with. Have had a detector for awhile, but have not really done much detecting. Trying to get the BF to get into it, but so far I've managed to get him to go to Franklin a couple of weeks ago to look around. I don't live too far from Murfreesboro. I'm not working at this time due to a work related injury, so have plenty of time. Anybody know any good places to hunt in Murfreesboro?  Smiley Thanks

Start on the old courthouse lawn and work outward from the center of town. Playgrounds, parks, schools, the grass strip between the sidewalk and the street, abandoned houses, horse racing tracks and sandy spots at swimming holes will all do you well.

It's all about that moment when metal that hasn't seen the light of day for generations frees itself from the soil and presents itself to me.

And welcome from Portland, TN.  I too am looking for some one to hunt with from the mid tn are preferably from the upper mid tn area.  Let me know when you want to get out and we can kick up some dirt.  I am getting ready to go out and hit the part here in portland today. I have just found out that year ago they had open air concerts and picnics in one part of the park.  You are welcome to come up here though it would be a pretty long ride.
