Gee....things were hopping while I was off-line this weekend.  I'm still trying to catch-up, but I've seen same really good post.  We've definitely got the best range of membership out there (and probably one of the most community oriented)

As this is causing more traffic and load to our server I will need to move the forum a faster host in the near future. Is there a selling section in the site that I am missing? Is there a plan for one if not?  I see the site is getting bigger and bigger. I wouldnt be surprized if it built 10,000 per quarter for the next year.  Thnanks for not charging you will get more personnel to join, I paid at TN, but I had many friends that refused to become full members, but had lots of experince to share.
