Yes, Pat, La Grande is kind of an oasis between Pendleton and the wheat fields and Baker City and the desert!

John's guitar can't have a metal mode on it...  he's just into Country and Western!

No, Karl I haven't seen Bigfoot yet...  but then, he hasn't seen me yet either!

No Sugar Cane, theres still some areas where the machines cant get it still has to be cut by hand, The cane can rip your hand to pieces,  When I was cutting timber my hands were hard all over, So I never got blisters, But when you buy an Axe or a sledge hammer or pick Axe Make sure you sand the Varnish off the handle because the Sweat has no where to go if it painted or vanished and if you sand the handle back to natural wood the sweat will soak in and not make you slip,

I can play some of ZZ Top songs Like Sharp dressed man and Legs, and Gary Moore's records, Along with A lot of The Shadows Music,

Usually when I'm up to scratch if I hear it I can play the basics of it and if I sit down to it I will play it note for note,

I can play Chet Atkins and Mark Knopfler's Neck and Neck Album,   But Chets other stuff and Jerry Reeds Music is nigh on impossible without sitting down to it for a week or so, I once shut my self away in my sound room in Oz and I learned a lot.

You can find how to play almost any song by going to youtube.  I wish we had that advantage when I was a kid in a band.

I just put a tape on or a CD and just pick out bits at a time, And I wont stop till I have done it, and when I have done it I piece it all together then I work on the Amp Sound til its perfect,  If I see someone do it that helps,  But it does take time and can drive ya nits at times.

Yes I am allowed on base LOL  I go to both Arnold AFB. and. Of course Ft. Campbell Ky. Nowadays the savings
at the commissary isn't as good as it use to be . The px. Savings are usually best on electronics , furniture and Appliances.
When. They have a sale going on.  It's not what it use to be. That's for sure.

That's good that you can go back and see folks etc, and go shopping there that's kind of cool.   30 years that's an incredible career, you must of seen a lot of changes there of the years, some good some bad but it all balances out in the long run,

You should be proud of your self, That's one heck of an Achievement.

Arfie just remember when you do see Bigfoot.  Keep. The camera steady and in focus.   Grin
there's been way to many out of focus and shaking pictures and videos.

And if need be drop him cause there is still a million dollar bounty on one.
