You my friend have no reason to apologize for , sticking up for your beliefs thiere is nothing wrong with that.  The PC mess has gotten entirely out of hand.  I only hope is that those pc people have the refugees move in next door to them, that would be justice.

Well Cold as hell here in Forward Desert Support Base Deming.   If not for the Crock Pot Chicken Smell things would be lonesome with Wanda at work.  Did you all see my DIY post o welding with car battery ?   Saved a Pile of money.

I saw something on FB about welding with a battery, can't find it now so now I'm curious? As far as cold...We're having some of that weather you all down there were talking about a week or so ago, 60 degrees here Friday and felt like it could snow Sat.

 Two batteries works fine.  Three Better.  Be sure to use the Neg on your Rod .  Electrons flow from Neg to Pos.  If you us Pos your going to get a crappy weld and a bunch of Spits.

When you use Electrolysis to clean stuff  you do the same.

Vacuum tubes work the same way. Electrons flow from cathode or filament to plate. That is if there are more negative charges on one side than the positive charges on the other side, otherwise current flows the other way. Wise
