Boots was what we call a Drug store or More like a Five and Dime of the days.

They sold Beer making gear , Kits and tons and tons of Wine making goodies.

You could by Cans of Hops extract, about 50 flavors of Grape or other Concentrates. Yeast, Yeast Nutrients to Get more Emff out of the beer or wine. Anything and All to do with Home Brewing.

It's there Fault I tell Ya! They started this Mess.

I left the UK in 1985 and still have a box of there goodies.

I must have made close to 900 gal of wine and well over that in beer.

Only got sick one time.

Made some Banana Wine and have NO IDEA what went wrong but Thought I was going Ta DIE!
