Jim, these kinds of things are so painful. I am so very sorry for your loss. These little furry family members work their way into out hearts and it hurts when they leave us. Please accept my most sincere condolences on your tragic loss.

Sorry to hear of your loss of a good friend. Animal pets depend on us for theirsurvival as much as we depend on them for companionship. Not easy to see them go.

A bad day at gold prospecting or metal detecting is better than a good day at work.

Sad news for sure.   Last cat I had made 14 years and I thought that was quite old.  Man your Cat had a super long life.

Our pets are family Jim. I feel your pain. 20 years is a very long time. So many animals need rescued. I hope you find it in your heart to adopt another soon. It does help the healing...

Bill we had the john boat out in the pond last week,  this week the toon on Percy Priest Lake.  But it didn't last long
The wind out on the open water was terrible and blew us around like crazy so  called it quits loaded up and went home.

Jim, I'm very sorry to hear about your cat passing. My dogs are certainly my family, and buddies and pals.  My oldest one (ArfieBoy) whose name and picture I use as my user name and icon is now 13+ and may have cancer. Taking him to the vet on Monday for a follow-up.

I know how you feel!  Best to you and yours.

Thanks Homefire, I appreciate that.
yep, she had a good and long life & one that was pretty full for us and her. The Cat was a good & loving cat, and she held on longer than I thought she would at the end.

Your cat also had a good long life at 14 yrs.

You know, the average lifespan of a domestic cat is about 15 years. The life of a wild outside or feral cat is less.
Thanks Homie,  Great
Jim

BTW guys, this cat loved Aluminum cans....The best sound to her ears was the clicking of the pop of the finger pull on her fancy feast cans, she'd come running & with loud Meow's...

Thanks everyone, you are all very appreciated friends here.

have a great weekend & may you all have a good New Year searching for our favorite Aluminum signals... Grin

Cheers & Back to business,
Jim
