Good to hear Karl is okay and planning his Adventures!  He is kind of the won that keeps the fire lit under this thread.  And, NO, I haven't found any UFO crash sites lately!  Have any of You?

Hey, Homie, a crash is a crash!  Bet  there is lots of metal to find!

By the way, in the last month the wife and I bought two new Basset Hound puppies!  Still got the 12 1/2 year old one, but she stays out of their way as much as possible.  After we got the little male I kind of thought "that is like putting a 2-year-old toddler in a nursing home full of 90-year-olds!  (OMG!  What have I done to my old dog?!)  Then when we got the little female, the two of them play hard with each other and leave the old one alone mostly!  She enjoys the relief!

Fun times at my house again!

Homie, I bought my Truck home last night and I got between 32 and 35 MPG,

Being new to it I drove between 50 to 55 and it was a pleasure to Drive, On the Chassis ID Plate it says it can Gross 11900+ LBS or 5400 kgs which is equal to 5.96 US Tons or A Trailer weighing7700 LB  plus its own weight, I don't think A person would need a Caravan weighing 7700 lbs for going camping or prospecting when you consider it can Tow one of that size, Over here they Limit people with SUVs and Cars to 22 feet plus the "A" Frame which is about a total of about 28 to 30 feet because the normal roads are not big enough,

In the US and in OZ things are a bit different, But even here with the Truck and Caravan that adds up to around 41 to 44 feet long So that is almost as big as the Trailer on a Semi,

My Truck needs a few bit done to tidy it up, Not much though, and I will Add front and rear diff locks when I can, It does have a Centre Diff Lock which locks the front and rear Axles together as one, "NOT" like a normal 4WD where if one wheel spins then the dang thing stays stuck there.

In the US it is called a Mitsubishi Montero Sport or the Mitsubishi Montero, Here it is called the Mitsubishi Shogun Sport, and in OZ It is called the Mitsubishi Challenger/Sport but they have changed the name slightly  with vari-ing models Some were called the Mitsubishi Warrior as well, I have had 2 earlier models which were my favourite models because they seemed a little bigger but after I measured this one they older models seems a fraction shorter inside, Not by much and they are so great to drive and I have measured the room in the back and it is long enough to sleep in.

Yeah they are a great truck, Mine is a 5 speed manual shift and it has high and low range Transfer Case with the centre diff lock, and it has heaps of hidden storage compartments, I think I will get the windows tinted black except the drivers side and passenger front window, It is Illegal to have the front wondowe tinted here, So by getting the rest of windows tinted I won't need to fit Curtain to it.

Male's name is Cooper.  Little girl's name is Magnolia Mae (or; Maggie Mae).

Sorry to hear about the loss of your puppies.  That is a hard one to take.
