Gold like that here runs about 95-97% or so. Balance is Silver, Copper and some other trace stuff.

Acid test shows most of it as a solid 22K!

So how high does it have to be so it can be classed as 4 - 9999s or what they call 4 nines

I know there are different % but I thought that because it was natural it was already better that 24ct

Your not going to find that in the ground.

It has to be Processed to reach levels like that.

I thing Canada is the only folks that produce Coins/Rounds and Ingots like that.

Morning Guy's Hope everyone is taking care of their wifes and mothers as today is Mothers Day !!

I sent flowers to my Mother and a card with a gift card in it to pay for dinner for them.

the wife got breakfast in bed , card and flowers and a little extra loving !! Grin

Oh yeah got her a nice little ruby ring . So I should be good to go for another year !! Grin

I hear ya Homie, On our way back from the base yesterday we stopped so my wife could visit her folks at the cemetery.
Holidays are always rough on here she lost both her folks when she was 33 , ever since then holidays are just rough so
me and the kids try making them extra special. I hope you send a prayer to your Mom and I hope your day goes well also.
and Hopefully they let WW go home early today !!

Homie I did'nt know they had to refine it to make it pure, I found a book on gold detecting by the man who worked on my
machines, It seems quite good, heres the link it does explain alot but no where as much as the people that do all the time
