Hey Dudes I come across something that can be a pain at times,

I thought of putting this here coz Homie, Karl, Cache, me Jim and Pat, Josey and jere do alot of the welcoming of new members
and as we all are amongst the first to see these folks I thought we'd have a good chance to put this right

Anyway Ya Know when we welcome someone and they have'nt got a Flag below their name excetera,
Well I think we should ask them to put their countries Flag there coz it just feels weird trying to wecoming them
when I can't tell where their from,
It's one thing that deflates my welcoming power towards them,
So would you Guys mind if we all asked these new folks to put a flag up when we see this happening
And If which ever on of us is first there ask's them and we check to see if they have been asked so it don't
look like we are all jumping on them I think that would help them blend in more and give us a chance to talk to them more

What do ya say Guy's

Like providing a E-mail address, it's a option and not mandatory.

They can put any country if they want.  It does not have to be the one there in.

Don't we have a Mod that does that?
