We finally got the boat out today. It was an awesome afternoon.

85 Degrees and beautiful fall colors.  Forgot the detector though. It's still in the motor home.

Percy priest lake was still at summer pool.  The water temperature stayed in the upper 60's

we had the whole lake to ourselves.

It was so nice not to have to worry about jet ski's coming at you from all directions.

Well what I have found could be a crash site alright but they'd have'ta been driving automobiles. Doing some landscaping for a friend of ours, scraping the ground with the box blade getting it ready for grass seed, digging up literally tons of rocks with the tractor, and there is so many car parts you'd think there was a salvage yard here. A very old home torn down and my friends build new on the land. I have found two wheat penny's just walking the ground.   Your detector would have a solid BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP until you decided to turn it off! I am going to test my coin check button tomorrow. Only going to dig if it sounds off when pushing the coin check. See how many coins I can dig in a row without digging trash. We'll see?

Good luck. Before I could get the detector out of the camper it started raining.
Guess I'll get it out tomorrow.

Sounds like you might have a great detecting site.

I'll let you know tomorrow nite. Theres alot of dirt piled up all around because they put a basement in. I have to level the hills and spread it over the yard. Should be many things to find but first I'm coin shooting. I'll try to get some pics of the area... Royals are kicking butt!
