Has anyone seen this yet ? Where Do you think this money came from ? Bank Robbers that fled to Mexico or "DB Cooper the plane Hi-Jacker" , Drug Money ? I wonder who is Lying here ? A pretty cool news story !! Maybe someday one of us on this forum will stumble across money like this !!!

I have read this story before, if I were to take an educated guess, I would have to say it came
from some sort of illegal activity. even though in some instances tourists sometimes pay in mexico with american currency.but I dont think they could generate that type of money just to bury it in the ground for a later date, I could be wrong however. and being in agreement with usmcman, its going to burn alot of out tax dollars to unravel this mystery. But we will have to wait for the rest of the story from the government, or the local news who ever tells the story first. Best Wishes to All.....Rob
