Went to a small grotty beach today for a trial run. 
These phones are very good, they really feel comfortable to
wear and do block out external sounds very well.  Great Great Great Great 

I will need a little time to get used to the different sounds through them
as they cut the volume on the loud signals and accentuate the weaker signals.
They're my first quality phones and I'm convinced they'll increase my find rate.

Got several deep signals and turned them into cash. Yee haa. Laola
Todays total was ?5:32 = $7:82.   
Our beaches are exceptionally quiet just now,
we did well to get that much.

They look pretty good. The best I have ever used are headphones made for hearing test machines. Mono, super clear and crisp with exact tone. I don't like wearing headphones, but I do because by all reports it is the best way to detect. Tried several headphones made for stereo listening. My detecting buddy let me have his detector phones when he got new ones. This showed me that they did not do as well as the phones made for detectors like the Detector Pro Accusound headphones.
