if you have then you might be the next millionaire because one cent copper coin from the earliest days of the U.S. Mint in 1793 has sold for a record $1.38 million at a Florida auction.

wow, thats awesome.

I have a copy of the "Red Book" from a few years ago, and I routinely drool over some of the listed items in there. Its great encouragement towards going out MD'ing too -- knowing all the possible coins that await me out there.
