It's just too covenant that the Pres said he is going to extend Drilling out there and two weeks later all hell breaks loose.
Drill Rigs DON"T just blow up!
Most of America just don't realize there is more then 1000 rigs out there getting the stuff.
We the USA do NOT control what going out there.
This is International Waters and the US has NO control.
