It's 4am Here...

It's 4 am here in Ontario..can't sleep so I am on line checking out the threads.
Man I hate not being able to sleep.
Right now with winter coming everyone is trying to get their last bit of construction done..so I end up working 6 and sometimes 7 days a week driving an 80,000 lbs Mobile Mix cement truck.. real fun in Canadas largest city of Toronto.
Can't even get any metal detecting done!!, and this is the best time of year.

Thanks, but I NEVER sleep well. I spent 10 years in the Canadian Army..since then I am lucky if I get 4 hours a night.and I wake up a few times...amazing how many years I have gone on with so little sleep!!
Tried everything..pills just make me groggy in the mornings and I hate that feeling..and I don't like any kind of medication or Drs.
