Other than just what silver I've detected or have just accumulated, I've never purchased any. If I was to invest, I'd go with coins instead of bars so they'd be easier to use. There's always jewelry - lot of old Native silver necklaces and rings would be sweet. Sue

I buy circulated non-collecter year silver coins. I've never really looked at it as an investment though. More like a collection.
